BEVERAGE PACKAGES Beverage packages offer a fixed cost per person for beverages over a designated period of time. These packages offer sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, beers and soft drinks. Kindly note, wines are subject to change. For a flexible beverage option you can opt for a consumption bar tab, choose your desired beers and wines from our extensive beverage list. Venue information AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT If you are booking our venue for exclusive use, we are happy to offer you our in-house Audio Visual Equipment • 55 inch Plasma screen with DVD • Laptop and USB connectivity • Wireless Microphone • Venue Surround Sound with IPod connectivity TENTATIVE BOOKING We are happy to hold your preferred date for a period of 14 days as a tentative booking. A signed event agreement and deposit payment are required to confirm the booking. MINIMUM SPEND All of our events work on a minimum spend basis, your minimum spend will be quoted and agreed upon prior to your booking. The total figure can be made up of food & beverage only. In the case that your spend falls short of the minimum, the difference in cost will be charged as room hire.

Venue information continued. BUMP IN & BUMP OUT Standard bump in time is 1 hour prior to your event. Earlier access is available on request. Please discuss with your event coordinator. Unless agreed prior, all items must be bumped out on the night of your event. PARKING Our closest car parking is at the Wilson Parking, Eagle Street Pier Car Park. We offer reduced price parking of $10.00 on evenings (after 5pm) and weekends. Tickets must be validated by Mr &Mrs G staff.
