6. The vet says Poppy must go on a diet. Jamie weighs Poppy on some bathroom scales.

Ideally Poppy should lose between 0.5k and 0.8kg per week. Her target weight is

28kg.

Plan a weight loss calendar for Poppy which ends when Poppy reaches her target weight. Start by writing in her current weight and target weight. Write in how much weight Poppy should lose each week. Work out her new current weight for each week.
