Cat® Marketing Submission and Approval All catalogs, pamphlets, flyers, advertisements, promotional artwork, displays, posters and ad specialty items (essentially all product which is not apparel) bearing the Cat® or Caterpillar® name or trademark must be submitted for concept and production approval.  All marketing items must be submitted for concept approval. The item submitted will be reviewed to determine if it is in keeping with the brand vision. If the marketing item is in keeping with the brand message, it will be submitted to Cat Corporate for formal concept approval.  You will be notified with official Cat Corporate comments if the concept is approved or rejected.  Vendors and suppliers who will produce the marketing item must sign a manufacturer's agreement and it must be updated yearly. This document must be on file and approved before the actual marketing item is produced.

 You will be notified with official Cat Corporate comments if the sample is approved or rejected.  Please allow 5-10 days for the approval process.

 Following concept approval, you must then submit the actual marketing item. It is important you send three final samples when submitting items for formal production approval from Cat Corporate.
