Combating illegal logging and illegal trade: improving people attitude, increasing people awareness and participation, intensifying law enforcement, improving legal business on forestry. 2. Revitalization of forestry sector: increasing forest industry competitive, increasing labour absorption, increasing people and Government income, enhancing SFM. 3. Rehabilitation and conservation of forest resources: accelerating forest rehabilitation, improving watershed ecosystem quality, improving carrying capacity of forest, improving forest protection and biodiversity conservation. 4. Empowerment economic community: improving community participation, increasing community welfare, improving small scale business in forestry. 5. Stabilization forest area for SFM : assuring adequately of forest existence and forest cover, assuring the establishment and operation of FMU, assuring the forest management and forest product more intensive, assuring forest business practise and its carrying capacity.
