ASYS SOLAR Metallization Lines ASYS SOLAR offers the fastest production line for the metallization of solar cells. The ULTRAline has a throughput range of 1.200 to 4.600 cells per hour and is supplied as single, dual and triple lane production line. This scalability provides highest flexibility to meet any production demand with an excellent price performance ratio. ASYS customers gets all necessary equipment from one supplier: From loading and unloading systems, screen printers, firing oven, inspection systems and laser edge isolation to cell tester and sorter.

The key theme for ASYS in the year 2010 is the optimization of cell efficiency through utilization of double-print and selective emitter applications. ASYS is currently making headway in laser technology and as well as continuous advances in laser edge isolation and in laser structuring of Metal Wrap Through und Emitter Wrap Through applications.
