We anticipate our program will be constructed in 4 phases. The first 8 luxury homes, located in structures 1 and 2, will have an optional furniture package and be delivered in early 2016. Our next 12 luxury homes, located in buildings 3, 4 and 5, are anticipated to be delivered in Q3 2016. Prior to this time, the first pool and lap pool will be completed and the adjacent Outpost Bar & Grill will be fully operational and will provide room service to owners and guests.  The 3rd phase will see construction of 20 luxury homes in buildings 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 for anticipated delivery in or before Q1 2017. At this time, the Clubhouse and second pool will be complete and fully operational.  The fourth and final phase will see construction of 20 beach homes in buildings 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 for anticipated delivery in late 2017. The third pool also will be completed and fully operational.  Our first 8 luxury beach homes are currently being offered. Once most of these homes go to contract, we will release the next 12 homes. If a prospect is interested in a yet-to-be released home, they must go to contract on an available home as soon as possible in order to earn the right to swap for a future home when it is released to market.

Water for Pavones Point comes from the pristine Río Claro (Clear River) that drains primary rain forest in the mountains behind the project. Our permitted water intake (1.36 l/s) captures less than one percent of the river’s flow (40 l/s) at even the driest time of year, an amount that has no effect whatsoever on the river or its discharge into the sea and no impact at all on the famous wave out front. The Río Claro is fed from springs and rainfall in a virgin rain forest uninhabited by people and is of high intrinsic water quality. We are committed to being good neighbors with the Village of Pavones and we believe our successes should be a benefit to the greater community. We work alongside the Municipality on plans for a new airport in Cocal Amarillo. We actively support our local schools on their Blue Flag Ecological Program efforts to keep beaches free of of refuse by installing recycling containers in the Village. We are spearheading efforts to replace and upgrade the Rio Claro Bridge by fully funding a multi-process feasibility study. We support the tireless efforts of ASADA and AyA and are investing in a water purification system. We are providing financial and legal assistance to the Municipality. Our program will create a positive economic impact for the Village via construction activity as well and we encourage our owners to patronize the shops, restaurants, farmers, and artists of the Village. We are honored to donate new soccer uniforms and soccer balls for two local teams.
