Leading provider of MRO services and Training solutions in the both the EU as well as in the NATO environment

Strategic partner of the Czech Ministry of Defense

Fully certified portfolio of products and services

100 + years of tradition in the Aerospace & Defense industry

FLIGHT TRAINING CENTER (CLV) 

Flight Training Center (CLV) in Pardubice provides full training to the future aircrews and ground crews, and provides for skills development of pilots, flight engineers, and maintainers

Staff is built up of highly qualified and experienced individuals

Flight training is based on an individual approach to each participant based on their actual level of experience

Comprehensive training that can either be divided into segments or provided as a complete solution

OUR FLEET

8x Zlin Z-142C AF

2x L-410

7x L-39C Albatros

Twin-engine, turboprop Single-engine propellerLight, single-engine training transport aircraft intended driven two-seat trainer jet designed for basic and for training of pilots and aircraft used for elementary advanced training of pilots personnel and cargo and test training of student transport at short ranges pilots

6x Mi-2

6x Mi-17

Twin-engine, light multi-role helicopter intended for elementary and advanced training of pilots and for personnel and cargo transport

Twin-engine, multi-role helicopter intended for advanced training of pilots and for personnel and cargo transport

SIMULATORS L-39/ Mi-2/ Mi-17/171 Cockpit Procedures Trainer (CPT)   

Part Task Trainers intended for procedural tasks familiarization, and to train particular tasks associated with the aircraft, basic flight characteristics and controls Assists aircrews in learning the cockpit layout, locations of switches, controls, instruments and various aircraft functions A cost-effective solution allowing familiarization with aircraft without having to use the full-mission simulator or even real aircraft

Mi-17/171 Full Mission Simulator (FMS)    

Mi-17/171 Full Mission Simulator with a certified flight dynamic model Individual flight training, environmental training (including IFR/NVG) and underslung loads flying Practicing and testing of all emergency procedures and procedures that cannot be carried out in the real helicopter due to safety reasons FMS in Ostrava is Flight Navigation and Procedures Trainer (FNTP III), or Flight Training Device (FTD) Level 3 IAW EASA

Flight simulation provides an economic advantage over training in a real aircraft. When servicing, maintenance, repair parts, flight hours consumption, insurance costs are taken into account, the operating costs of a simulator are substantially lower than the operating costs of a simulated aircraft.

SIMULATORS Cockpit Procedures Trainer (CPT) training

CPT training includes, but it is not limited to:  Switchology and Component Location/Identification  Checklist Procedures  Crew Coordination  Normal Procedures  Emergency Procedures

SCREENING & ELEMENTARY TRG The Flight Screening Program is a flying-based assessment of potential pilot candidates performed on Z-142, and is followed by Elementary/Basic flight training which is available for both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. It involves a combination of academics, CPT simulations and flights.         

Flight theory / aviation rules Functions of aircraft systems PC and multimedia based learning procedures Courses fully in English / English flight terminology Mastering of take-offs and landings Route flights / Navigations Standard and Emergency procedures / checklists Crew coordination (CRM) Basic flight skills and maneuvers

L-410 TRAINING L – 410 Flight Training 

Air training is divided to 3 parts:   

Elementary training Advanced training Tactical training

Mi-2 FLIGHT TRAINING 

Familiarization with the helicopter

Piloting technique and emergency procedures

Navigation flights

Flights in groups

Training under IFR conditions

Flights in clouds

Night flights

Check flights

Solo flights

Landings and take-offs in terrain

Mi-17 FLIGHT TRAINING Mi-17 (30 FHs) basic training can be followed by an 100 FHs advanced training (PIC), or training which is focused on achieving of professional flying skills (SAR, NVG, hoisting, ..). 

CPT and FMS Simulations: Standard and Emergency Procedures, Day/Night/NVG Flights, VFR/IFR Flights, Extreme Conditions

Complex and focused simulations which cannot be trained on the CPT or the real helicopter are done on the FMS (Full Mission Simulator) provided by our partner HTP Ostrava.
