The following Banks have submitted the details as on 28.02.2011. 1.Allahabad Bank ( 12 villages) The Road Map has been finalized by the Board for covering the allocated villages through Business Correspondent Model (BC) 50% of villages would be provided with banking services by 31.03.2011 and the remaining 50% of villages by 31.03.2012. Bank has already established one Satellite branch functioning in one village Panthini, Warangal District. 2.Andhra Bank (1054 Villages) Andhra Bank has finalized the Road Map for providing services/ outlets in the allocated villages. A separate Financial Inclusion Cell has been created at the Corporate Office. Bank has empanelled Service provider for implementation of the FIP. The Vendor, chosen through RFP would provide an “End to End” Solution for the FIP which comprises, System Integrator, Business Correspondent service including deployment or ultimate customer Service Providers (CSPs) in the villages for undertaking banking transactions through Handheld devices and Smart Cards. Propose to provide the Banking Services and financial products in allotted villages with a population of 2000 above by March 2012 through ICT/BC Model. Bank proposed to provide the basic products as Savings Bank account with in-build overdraft facility, Bank is aiming at about 8.00 lakh households for coverage in 1200 villages for providing Banking Service outlets. Bank has already started the process of enrollment of customers in all selected districts, 433 villages with 1,53,513 customers are covered in 19 districts.

3. Bank of Baroda (48 Villages) The Road Map is approved by the Board . The Bank proposes to cover the allocated villages under ICT-BC Model by March 2012. 4. Bank of India (33 Villages) The Road Map is approved by the Board. The Bank proposes to cover the allocated villages under ICT-BC Model by March 2012.

Bank of Maharashtra (10 villages) Bank has finalized the Road Map for 10 villages to cover during the Financial Year 2011-12, for extending banking and financial services under FIP with the help of ICT model using Smart Card having Bio Metric features through Business Correspondents. Bank has started to implement FIP with the help of M/S Batronics India Ltd as end to end solutions. 6. Canara Bank (129 Villages) Canara Bank has taken up 129 villages in AP for providing Banking services during 201012. The Board has approved Road Map under FIP. The plan of implementing FIP is 5% of the total allotted villages with more than 5000 population through Bank Branch Banking. The process is completed for implementation in 28 villages through ICT/BC model by December 2011 remaining 72 villages are yet to be covered before March 2012. 7. Central bank of India (105 villages) The Board approved FI plan for all the allotted villages. The Bank has appointed Technology Service Providers in 25 villages and 13 villages are covered by BC/ICT model by December 2010. In the remaining 80 villages Technology Service Providers are yet to be appointed and All the villages would be covered before March 2012. 8. Corporation Bank ( 66 villages) The Bank has approved FIP Plan in allotted villages The Bank has covered all the 66 villages through BC model branch 9. Dena Bank ( 7 villages) Bank has been allotted 7 villages for providing banking services The Bank appointed Business Correspondents (BCs) The Bank will be implementing FIP by March 2012. The bank has covered 1 village by December 2010 and the remaining 6 villages are yet to be covered. 10. Indian Bank (262 Villages) Bank proposed to open Bank Branches in 15 Villages, Banking Service Centers in 23 villages and in the remaining villages banking services would be provided through Business Correspondents Model. 11. Indian Overseas Bank ( 128 Villages)

The Sub -Committee of District Consultative Committee(DCC) in our State has identified 128 villagers in the State as per RBI guidelines, banking outlet has to be provided. The bank has covered 58 villages through BC/ICT Model and remaining villages are yet to be covered. They are extending Banking services through Smart Card Banking(SCB) under Business Correspondent model before March 2012. They are proposing to cover all the villages by March 2012. 12. Punjab National Bank (28 Villages) Punjab National Bank has been allotted 28 villages in our State , out of 28 villages 13 villages are covered by the Smart card Project of Govt.of AP. Remaining 15 villages Punjab National Bank having 3 branches at Palakurthy, Bheemaram and Palukuru. The remaining 13 villages are yet to be covered by ICT based BC Model. Bank started opening of No Frills accounts and issuing General Credit Cards to the customers of these villages. 13. Syndicate Bank (374 Villages) A separate Financial Inclusion Cell has been created at their Corporate Office. In the first quarter it is propose to cover 23 villages in Nellore, Anantapur and Kurnool Districts. In the second quarter it is proposed to cover 255 villages and in the third quarter 234 villages. RFP is under preparation for selection of a service provider. 14. UCO Bank (20 Villages) The Bank proposes to provide banking services to the 20 villages through Brick and Mortar Branches, Through Mobile Van (UCO Mobile Bank) Through ICT- Based BC Model. The bank is going to start BC/ICT model in all these villages with in a short period. Bank is extending Banking services through Smart Card Banking(SCB) under Business Correspondent model before March 2012. 15.Union Bank of India (158 Villages) Union Bank has been allotted 158 villages and Bank has already covered 55 villages and remaining villages to be covered by 31.03.2012 through BC model 16. State Bank of India (1381Villages) State Bank of India proposed to cover 220Villages as satellite branches and remaining 1198 Villages through BC/BF Model by the end of March 2012.

SBI likely to cover 117 villages in East Godavari District through BC model by the end of March 2012. 17. State Bank of Hyderabad (721 Villages) New Financial Inclusion Dept created at Head Office, headed by DGM. Nodal Officers are identified in the Zones for smooth implementation of FIP. The bank has opened 7 branches and 8 BC/ICT model at the quarter ending December 2010. In remaining villages Bank Proposed to open branches in some villages, and for the remaining villages are to be covered by means of Smart Cards/Mobile Banking based technology through BC by March 2012. SBH to explore the possibility of extending Rural ATM Network. 18. Chaitanya Godavari Grameena Bank (128 Villages) CGGB proposes to appoint BCs in 79 service area villages in Guntur Dist, 24 service area villages in WG Dist and 25 service area villages in EG Dist. The process of appointment of Business Correspondents will be completed by March 2011. 19. Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (876 Villages) 747 villages in the Districts would be covered with BC model by leveraging bio-metric Technology as approved by their Board. In Mahaboobnagar 120 outlets in Medak 93 outlets in Warangal 40 outlets and 89 outlets in Khammam District are opened Remaining villages are under process of identifying the BC/BF and finalization of Business model. 20. Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank ( 546 Villages) Bank has approved FIP in allotted 546 villages. Bank is taking steps to float Request for Proposal (RFP) for selecting a Technology Provider for implementing BC Model. Bank is taking steps to cover all the villages through BC Model before March 2012. Further, Bank has obtained authorizations from RBI to open New Branches at 24 specified centers. Bank is planning for the completion of the process of Financial Inclusion through Business Correspondents/Business Facilitator model by March 2012. 21. Deccan Grameena Bank (252 Villages)

In Karimnagar District covering 114 villages are covered and Bank has already appointed FFF as Business Correspondent for implementing Smart Card Project. In Adilabad district 86 villages, Nizamabad 32 villages and Rangareddy district 2 villages are allotted as under explore extension of banking facilities under FIP.

22. Sapthagiri Grameena Bank ( 169 Villages) Bank has revised the FIP Plan and informed to cover 84 villages in the first year31.03.2011 and 85 villages in second year 31.03.2012 and all the 399 villages where the population below 2000 population villages in third year as per RBI guidelines. 23. South Indian Bank (1 Village) Bank has already identified a service provider for the proposed ICT based Financial Inclusion Plan and the project has been launched on pilot basis in 2 villages in Kerala. Bank proposes to extend the service to the villages already allocated to the bank, including Duggudurru village in East Godavari District Andhra Pradesh. 24. ING Vysya Bank(110 Villages) Bank has allotted 101 villages in 15 Districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Bank has opened in 26 villages through BC/ICT model Initially Business Facilitators will be enlisted and later will be converted to BCs. Thus planned to focus more on BCs during 3rd year. Bank has planned to appoint BFs and BCs requires considerable time. During first year the emphasis is on Branch channel and it is expected that all formalities of BCs/BFs will be completed by 3rd year i.e 31.03.2013. Bank is extending Banking services through Smart Card Banking(SCB) under Business Correspondent model before March 2012. 25. Vijaya Bank (43 Villages) Bank has approved FIP in allotted villages in AP. Bank is implementing FIP in allotted villages and yet to started implementing FIP in Andhra Pradesh. 26. Karnataka Bank (5 Villages) Bank is implementing FIP in allotted villages and Bank is yet to start implementing FIP in Andhra Pradesh.
