Stop called Dejvicka for the hotels Diplomat and DAP. Average time about 10 mins, distance 5km. You will need some local currency (Czech Crowns - CzK) for public transport, taxis etc. NOT EUROS. What to bring • Any materials requested in advance by your workshop leader, including your subject guide (we don’t have copies on site). If you haven’t yet heard from your workshop leader, you will do so before the workshop. • Laptop/tablet/notebook as preferred for note-taking. • Payment for your workshop fee if this has not already been paid. • Check the weather forecast and bring appropriate clothing. • Your timetable (in this message) Arrival/During the workshop • Please come to the Ibicus help desk in main reception for Registration at any time between 0900 and 0930 on Thurs 25th Feb (there will be signs directing you.) Please do not arrive earlier than requested. • The Ibicus staff on the help desk will answer your queries during the workshop. • A nurse is available on site throughout the workshop. • Please note that the school campus is no-smoking. • After our short welcome, your workshop leader will show you to your classroom. • The whole school is WiFi enabled, so you should have no problems accessing the web on your own device. No password is required. Meals Lunches & break refreshments are provided on Thurs and Friday. Only break refreshments will be provided on Saturday morning. Requested vegetarian and other special request meals will be available. City walking tour and dinner The evening pre-booked walking tour and meal are on Friday. You can book this on Thursday morning break and lunchtime with the tour operator who will have a desk in the dining hall.
