TERMS & CONDITIONS Reservations • Once the restaurant has received your completed booking form and a £15 per person deposit, your booking will be complete. The deposit will be deducted from the final restaurant bill only. Please note Song Disco tables will require full payment in advance. • The Song dinner and disco will be available Friday 2nd, 9th, 16th December 2016 from 6.30pm only. Bookings are available per table of 10, at £36 per head. • To enable the best possible service to be provided, please arrange for your party to arrive 15 minutes before your restaurant reservation time. The restaurant reserves reserve the right to give away your table if you are late. • For the Song Disco please arrive for the drinks reception which commences from 6.30pm. Guests will be seated promptly by 7.15pm. Unfortunately food cannot be held back for latecomers. Cancellations & Amendments • If you’re unable to make your booking, let the restaurant know a minimum of 14 days in advance of your booking date, and 50% of your payment can be refunded. Any cancellations thereafter, the restaurant will be unable to offer any refunds. • If you want to make changes to your booking please let the restaurant know as soon as possible. If your party increases the restaurant will try to fit you in, however if fewer numbers arrive on the night, their payment will be retained. Dietary Requirements • Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements on your booking form. A vegetarian menu is available on request and all our chicken, duck and lamb is halal, but if you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know when you are booking. • The restaurant will be only be able to cater for dietary requirements provided a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your dining date. If we do not receive advance notice of dietary substitutions, additional food may be charged. • All dishes may contain traces of the following allergens: wheat, gluten, peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, celery, soybeans, milk, eggs, mustard, lupin, pork, mollusc, crustaceans, fish, sulphur dioxinde or alchohol. Please note if you are pregnant you may need to take added caution when consuming any of our dishes. Before you order if you have allergy concerns please ask a member of our team for further information. Other Information • Our Qing, Ming and Tang menus are recommended for parties for 4 or more, smaller parties will be offered the menus on a pro rata basis. Dim Sum and Middle courses are served per piece per person with one main course per person dining. Other dishes are served sharing style. Any upgrades selected will be applied to the whole of the party. • Our latest restaurant lunch reservation will be 3.45pm for the Ming lunch menu. • Your restaurant table may have restricted time occupancy unless otherwise advised. • Song Disco table bookings will be available to you throughout the evening and the disco is open to those dining in the Song Dinner only. Payment Terms • You can pay with all major cards and cash, however we don’t accept cheques or offer account facilities during the Festive season. • If you are in private dining or the Song Disco and wish to make payment via credit card, a surcharge of 2% will be applied. • A discretionary 10% service charge will be included on your bill. This goes to the team that prepare and serve your food and make your evening possible. • We request that your party settles the bill before leaving the dining area, as it is not possible to carry the bill over to other dining/ bar areas.
