Hail-tested
It’s all there in black and white in the hail-test certificate according to DIN EN 13583, formerly SIA 280: Even the impact of hailstones with a diameter of up to 40 mm doesn’t have the slightest effect on our light systems.
Fire and flame
Rigid PVC is inflammable and complies with B1 according to DIN 4102-2. However, fire behavior is also very important. Our products will not burn on their own, have no fiery dripping, a low flame spread index and tear open in the case of fire with temperatures in excess of 110°C. As a result, they support dissipation of smoke and heat.

Built-in safety.
Form stability
The high Vicat softening temperature of rigid PVC means it has the stability required for roofing applications.
Chemical resistance
Chemical resistance. Rigid PVC light systems are unaffected by ammonium compounds and other aggressive substances.
Unlike other materials used for light systems such as, for example, polycarbonate, rigid PVC has excellent chemical-resistance properties, especially against aggressive ammonium compounds.
Structural strength
The structural strength of Rhenoplast Profile 177/51 light panels has been certified.
