INTERIOR ROUTER CARVED DOORS Every custom carved interior door begins with refined medium density fiberboard (MDF) that is carefully buffed for a visually appealing, smooth finish. The doors feature finger-jointed pine stiles for added durability and screw holding strength. These doors feel solid, yet have a lightweight core that makes installation easy. Router technology - Designs are carved into our doors with superior router technology. This makes nearly any design possible, exceptionally detailed and polished appearance. Fire & sound ratings - These doors offer fire protection and superior sound reduction. Raised panel doors come with a 20-minute fire rating option (for true fire protection use with certified frames and hardware). They also have an STC rating of up to 33. This means the doors provide up to 50% more sound reduction than a flush, hollow core door. Customization - We’re always open to your ideas and imagination. As proof of this, we offer custom capabilities that allow you to have nearly any design. We also offer over 100 standard designs and assorted profile options, which allow you to choose from thousands of distinctive combinations.

Custom Manufacing and Fabrication Fancy Doors and Mouldings design and engineer specialty made products to meet specific customer requirements. FD+M can manufacture and fabricate doors, frames, transoms, screens and windows to meet any special need. Custom doors can be manufactured in any size up to 6’ wide and 16’ high. Any window size or shape can be produced at any location on the door. Lock and hinge preparation is also possible. FD+M have G-90 steel thermal window kits available for installation either in factory, or by your local ARTEK distributor. The welders at FD+M can fabricate custom-made speciality products such as arch frames, oval screens, regular frames and detailed screens.

All ARTEK doors can be opened with confidence as they are tough enough for any application. Manufactured from premium quality stretcher-levelled wipe-coat galvanneal steel, ARTEK doors are designed to outlast long wear and tear. Face panels are laminated to the core, and for added strength and durability, end channels are projection-welded to top and bottom channels on 3” to 4” centres. 1. Closer Reinforcing: Closer reinforcement box at the top of each door and also the bottom of the door when reversible.

2. Panic-Bar Reinforcing: Reinforcing ensures that hardware remains secure and full functional. 3. Standard Hinge Preparation: Door-specific hinge preperation determined by door size and weight.

5. Lock Seam: Extra deep vertical mechanical full lock seam construction helps retain the quality and integrity of the door.
