Being a leader today involves being able to empower others to believe in themselves and in what they are doing. Part of developing leaders is providing them with resoures to enable them to deliver their greatest level of skill. Women’s Ministries & Missions is proud to present an up-to-date training program that will equip, train and mobilize YOU for leadership! FasTrak workshops are designed to develop who you are in Christ, understand leadership, and know how to successfully lead others. FasTrak is a fast-paced, highly interactive track built on practical, real-world techniques, motivational strategies and creative solutions that can be used for phenomenal results at home, in your neighborhood, in the workplace, or in the church.

Our team

Diane Varady Diane currently serves as Leadership Development Coordinator for Women’s Ministries & Missions for the CSBC. After serving in various positions that assisted women in leadership, FasTrak was launched in 2005 as a program with 3 levels so women could earn diplomas and develop leadership skills that could be used at home, at work , and at church. Since its beginnings, FasTrak has been taught in other states as well as in Croatia and Mexico. A special trak has been developed for pastor’s wives to meet their special needs. Serving as Associational WMU/WM Director for more than 20 years has led Diane to develop her own leadership skills and her passion for women developing their leadership skills. Janine Joseph Janine is the current President of Women’s Missionary Union of California. Within this position, she also serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President of National WMU. A graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Janine’s occupation is President of Kahala Travel, a full service travel agency located in San Diego. Travel is an essential part of her life with expeditions to Europe, Kenya, Egypt, and Israel; and missions trips to China and Mexico. A native of San Diego, Janine attends Del Cerro Baptist Church where she serves as Director of Women’s Ministries. June Jensen June has worked with preschoolers for the last forty years as a teacher and school director. Her greatest passion is seeing others grow in their relationship with Christ. June has served as the Preschool Consultant for the California Women’s Ministry & Missions State Team for five years. She has also been an intern for FasTrak for approximately a year. In her church she teaches Preschoolers on Sunday morning and is part of the leadership team for Woman Community (woman’s ministry) and also hosts and helps lead a Bible Study in her home for woman once a week. Sandra Lucrecia Williams - Sandra received two certifications in the areas of Women’s Programs and Services and Conflict Resolution from Diablo Valley College; a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with emphasis in Sociology from Excelsior College, Albany, New York; completed classes in Educational Leadership at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary; and classes in Counseling Psychology at John F. Kennedy University. As a member of the CSBC Women’s Ministries & Missions FasTrak team, she believes that there is nothing more “fierce” than an educated woman with passion, knowledge and the � gifts to influence others “for such a time as this”.

Our team Mike McCullough Mike is the CSBC Associate Executive Director and Missions Discipleship Group Leader. As the leader of the Missions Discipleship Group, McCullough directs the unit’s ministries – Baptist Men’s Ministries, Women’s Ministries and Missions, Stewardship and Volunteer Mobilization. Mike also is responsible for the promotion of Cooperative Program ministries, Southern Baptist’s primary missions support plan. Eva De La Rosa Currently, Eva serves the California Southern Baptist Convention as SENT Specialist for Women’s Ministries & Missions. Eva has served as the Team Leader for the Family and Community Issues Team addressing issues relating to the family and community such as Literacy, Poverty, Homelessness, Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, and Human Trafficking. Eva is also an adjunct Professor for Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary CLD (Contextualized Leadership Development) Diploma program. She is passionate about missions and has been on mission trips to San Diego, Tijuana, Croatia, and Moldova. Isabel Patton Isabel is currently serving on CSBC Women’s Ministries & Missions Adult Missions Education Team and serves as a consultant on the Fastrak Leadership Development Team. She also teaches Adult Sunday School and Acteens. She writes a monthly articles for her Church Newsletter. Brenda Erese Brenda is the Hispanic Consultant for CSBC Women’s Ministries & Missions. She serves as Finance Director at El Encino Baptist Church and has a heart for missions. Fanny Kim Fanny serves as our Korean Consultant for CSBC Women’s Ministries & Missions team. She is also a NAMB missionary with her husband, Song Sik Kim. Victoria Ahaev Victoria (Kuzichev) Ahaev is currently serving with Anthony as a North American Board Missionary, Victoria, is also the Cross-Cultural Consultant for Women’s Ministries & Missions. She is passionate about telling people about God’s awesome love and forgiveness. A professional educator and skilled interpreter, she is a speaker at retreats, seminars and special events. Hers is a most unusual Hollywood story of a blessed pastor’s daughter and minister’s wife as she inspires other to joyously walk the path of life purposed by the Creator of the Universe. Victoria was raised and educated in the Los Angeles area, earning an A.M. in Slavic Languages and Literatures from U.S.C. and graduate work at U.C.L.A.
