Your reunion registration fee includes Thursday Night’s Meet & Greet Reception, Saturday’s Family Dinner and T-shirts. In order to meet mandatory prepaid expenses that require reservations and deposits to secure facilities, we are requesting that you complete your registration in full by April 16, 2018 or adhere to the installment plans as listed below:

CUT-OFF DATE FOR RESERVATIONS OR LIST: BLOCK WILL BE HELD FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE UP UNTIL (JUNE 26, 2018), OR UNTIL ALL ROOMS BLOCKED HAVE BEEN RESERVED, WHICHEVER DATE COMES FIRST. AT THIS DATE, THE UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR ROOM BLOCK WILL BE RELEASED AND THE RESERVATIONS WILL BASED UPON AVAILABILITY. OVERFLOWACCOMMODATIONS: IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR GROUP NEEDS MORE ROOMS THAN ARE BLOCKEDOR THAT ARE AVAILABLE, THE LANDMARK RESORT HOTEL WILL ASSIST IN RESERVING OVERFLOW ACCOMMODATIONS AT OTHER CONVENIENTLY LOCATED HOTELS. DUE TO ANTITRUST LAWS, WE CANNOT NEGOTIATE RATES FOR YOUR GROUP AT ANOTHER PROPERTY, BUT WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PLACE OVERFLOW ROOMS AT A NEARBY HOTEL. RESERVATION METHOD: 1) PHONE-IN: EACH GUEST WILL CALL THE HOTEL DIRECT TO MAKE HIS/HER OWN RESERVATION. NUMBER TO CALL IS 800-845-0658 AND PRESS THE NUMBER TWO & ONE WHEN THEY GET THE RECORDING. HAVE YOUR GUESTS LEAVE THE 843-448-9441 NUMBER WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO MAY WANT TO REACH THEM AT THE HOTEL. THE 800 NUMBERS WILL NOT TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL ROOMS.
