The Ameba features a special non-elastic helical yarn webbing that stretches and moves with wearers for non-binding mobility. Unlike competitive harnesses that utilize elastic blend webbing, the Ameba harness maintains its shape and structural integrity wear after wear and most importantly, limits total fall distance. It is the best of both worlds, comfort and quality.
This harness is specially designed for positioning applications. The back pad adjusts up and down for custom fit and added support.

SafeWaze offers in-depth, certified training programs by OSHA-authorized trainers at many facilities across the country. Hands-on, problem-solving, and professional classroom techniques are incorporated into every course. Current OSHA and ANSI standards and regulations are covered with any necessary training materials and manuals. A certification card is issued to each trainee once training is complete.

B Body Wear: The personal protective equipment worn by the worker (ex: full-body harness) Hold the harness by the back dorsal Dring. Shake harness to allow all straps to fall into place.
If chest, leg, and/or waist straps are buckled, release straps and unbuckle at this time.
Slip straps over shoulders so D-ring is located in the middle of your back between the shoulder blades.

Connecting Device: The critical link which connects the body wear to the anchor point. (ex: shock-absorbing lanyard (shown), or a retractable lifeline)

FP BASICS - HOW TO PUT ON A HARNESS
Before Fall

6 ft. Length of Lanyard/ Self-Retracting Lifeline Total Estimated Fall Distance 18 1/2 ft.
Pull leg straps between legs and connect to opposite end. Repeat with second leg strap. If belted harness, connect waist strap after leg straps. Use care to insure straps are not twisted.
Connect chest strap and position in midchest area. Tighten to keep shoulder straps taut.
After all straps have been fastened, adjust all buckles so that harness fits snugly but permits a full range of movement. Pass excess strap ends through web keepers and adjust to keep web ends taut.
