INTENDED USE The DeRoyal® Fall Alarm Monitors and Fall Sensor Pads are intended to alert staff and patients in the event the patient attempts to exit the bed, wheelchair and/or recliner. The DeRoyal® Fall Mat is intended to help provide protection to the patient in the event of a fall from a bed, wheelchair, gurney or recliner.

Indications: To alert staff and patients in the event the patient attempts to exit the bed, wheelchair and/or recliner.

• Weight-sensitive sensor pads allows for early detection of changes in pressure if the patient attempts to exit the bed or chair • If soiled, can be cleaned with damp cloth and mild soap • 30 day use before replacement

FALL SENSORS Indications: To alert staff and patients in the event the patient attempts to stand from the seated position.

Toilet Alarm Sensor Sensor pad gets placed on top of the feet on the underside of the toilet seat. The cord on the pad, then gets connected to the fall prevention monitor. When the patient or resident attempts to get up from the toilet and pressure is removed from the sensor pad, the monitor will alarm to alert the caregiver. • Gives patient or resident privacy while using the restroom. • Reduces fall by alerting when patient or resident attempts to get up from the toilet. • The pressure sensing pad triggers the alarm when pressure is released from the sensor pad.
