12th AUSTRIAN TRADE FAIR Vienna – March 4th - 6th, 2011 About 100 students from all over Austria and European countries like Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Norway, Russia, Slovakia and Turkey will meet once again at the Shopping Center Nord in Vienna for the Austrian Trade Fair. Teams will have the opportunity to present and sell their innovative ideas to the public and exchange views and experiences with others. Moreover, this event will help creating a personal network between young entrepreneurs on trade fair as well as during warming up at the sightseeing trip on Friday.

Language Main acts & main language: German. Stage presentations (for teams who signed up for a stage presentation): German or English Accommodation Teachers/Adults will be accommodated in single rooms, students in double or triple. We try to take in consideration, that participants share the room with their mates. Sometimes this is not possible for organisational reasons and we will have to mix up the teams. Take the chance to get to know a new friend! We booked 2 nights+breakfast at the hotel for you (exception: other agreements) – covered by your fee. Longer stays/additional nights are not included and have to be paid at the hotel before departure. Meals & Drinks Friday: Dinner from 18:00 to 20:00 – buffet in the hotel dining hall Saturday: Breakfast from 06:30 at the hotel Lunch: Every participant will get a voucher in their Lanyard tag Dinner: Buffet in course of the evening event Sunday: Breakfast in the hotel (For other food and drinks participants have to pay on their own.) For a happy event We kindly ask every participant to wear your Lanyard/tag during the whole event. Inside the tag we put your vouchers for meals, important facts & figures. JUNIOR Austria reminds that alcohol and drugs are banned from our events. We ask you to be on time at the agreed meeting points and to be respectful with others (and the equipment). We ask every participant to stay with the group and to postpone “adventure-heroic behaviour“. Stage presentations Order and approximate schedule will be issued on Saturday morning. There will be a laptop and two plasma screens (42’’) prepared. Please send your ppt-presentation not later than 20th, February 2011 to [email protected] ATTENTION: Please prepare your Power Point presentations in rich-contrast colours, less text in a bigger font size. This is because of the day light on our trade fair spot. Please put your presentations on an USB-Stick to assure a smooth action.

Dekoration ATTENTION: The stands need a special sticky TAPE, which CAN BE REMOVED EASILY from damageable surfaces FREE OF RESIDUES! So you have to clean the surfaces at the end of the fair.
