Our Cor-Ten Steel Modulars are constructed under factory conditions and are built to last over 100 years. Compared to traditional construction, no other method can match modular buildings for speed of delivery, reduction of wasted materials, and flexibility to relocate. Our modulars come complete with plumbing, heating and electrical connections. Our manufacturing process is 50% faster than traditional site bases construction systems.

Specifications & Features 8’ , 10’, or 12’ wide x 40’ or 60’ long x 10’ high Cor-Ten Steel. External: 40’ x 8’ x 9’ - 6”. Interior Wall Ceiling: Drywall, or painted metal panels. External Door: Fire-resistant insulated metal door. Interior Door: Sliding metal doors and regular metal/wood doors.

Window: Double-glazed windows with thermal breaks. Heating & AC: C  AS standard heater and or / CSA standard AC Unit. Customized to suit local requirements. Electrical System: CSA standard light fixtures.
