Barikos KS Barikos KS and Mini Barikos KS are maintenance-free models of eye wash bottles. Containing water, they can be kept ready for use for at least two years in the sealed state. Both models are ideal for including withiin first aid boxes and sets. All above mentioned Barikos eyewash bottles comply with DIN 12930. A protective cover clips onto the spray head of the eye wash bottle hygienically and without any leakage. The tamper-evident seal guarantees proper function. Barikos K Barikos and Barikos K are designed to be filled with clear water. If the user is likely to be operating an eyewash bottle when standing, we recommend the Barikos. The user need only incline his head slightly downwards, ensuring good contact with the spray head of the bottle. The Barikos K-eyewash bottle (vol. 620 ml) can be used immediately, even when the injured person is lying down. As soon as the bottle is tilted downwards, a patented sliding valve opens and the washing fluid reaches the spray head unhindered. The Mini Barikos eyewash bottle (vol. 175 ml) is designed for persons who are frequently present in different working areas.

Two sprays in one. The hose can be used as a fixed eyewash when fitted into the Breuell Ingenieurbüro mount. This allows the injured person to use both hands to hold open the eyes. The hose can also be removed from the mount so that other body parts and reclining patients can be treated. -

1 Respiratory protection - screw-type filters for full face mask BRK 820 The filters are tested and approved to EN 141/EN143 and carry the CE mark. Lightweight construction can be used with quarter, half or full masks. Offer very low breathing resistance. Their lifespan depends on the toxicity, humidity and air consumption of the user. Measurements differ with application so it is impossible to predict the working lifespan. Filter exhaustion can be detected as follows: - Gas filters: appearance of odours, tastes or irritants in inhaled air. - Particle filters: increase in breathing resistance. Storage times for unused gas and combination filters (kept sealed in manufacturer's packaging) 6 years. Opened gas filters must be replaced after maximum 6 months, even if unused. Particle filters can be stored for an unlimited period.

The Uvex hi-com is the first safety earplug of its kind. Its “patent-pending“ design Uvex includes a number of special features, which have never been seen in this type of product before. The outer surface of the Uvex hi-com includes an increased number of indentations which improves its absorbency and creates a softer acoustic profile. This measurably improves wearer comfort and reduces ”risk“ by making communications that much easier, while delivering effective protection from noise.
