Also, look for Vagabond Tours ads in the travel section of Sunday issues of the Peoria Journal Star. Trips may be added between brochure publications; please check our website at www.peoriaparks.org/vagabond or the Journal Star for updated information. REGISTRATION: Registrations should be mailed to Vagabond Tours, c/o Peoria Park District, 1125 W. Lake Avenue, Peoria, IL 61614 (The Noble Center for Park Administration). Vagabond staff will be on hand to answer questions and take registrations at the Noble Center Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 p.m. Registrations may also be dropped off at the Noble Center anytime during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Checks should be made payable to the Peoria Park District, except where indicated otherwise. Include your name, address, zip, phone and title of tour. Also indicate names of all persons traveling with you. A receipt will be mailed only if you include a selfaddressed, stamped envelope. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted. You may also sign up for Vagabond Tours online — visit www.peoriaparks.org . PAYMENT: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize the Peoria Park District to use information from the check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. In certain circumstances, such as for technical or processing reasons, we may process your payment as a check transaction. When the Peoria Park District uses information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. THINKING ABOUT IT? Vagabond Tours appreciates it very much if you let us know early on that you are considering a certain trip. Even if you don’t want to commit yet with a deposit, please let us know you are seriously thinking about going on a trip, even one that is six months away. So many of the hotels and popular tourist attractions are willing to hold space for us several months ahead of a given trip. It helps us so much to know if you like our trip offerings and are considering one in the next six months. Give us a call

and let us know! NOTE: All tours depart from and return to the Peoria Park District’s Golf Administration parking lot at 6017 N. Knoxville Ave. at the corner of Northmoor Road, unless otherwise specified. You may leave your car in the parking area at your own risk. REFUND POLICY: Registrants who cancel their reservation will be assessed a $5 service charge. Cancellation for one-day tours must be received at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise a $10 service charge or direct costs if no replacement can be found (whichever is greater) will be withheld. Cancellation of an overnight tour must be made at least two weeks in advance. Otherwise, the deposit or direct costs are forfeited (whichever is greater) if a replacement cannot be found. All refunds must be approved by the Supervisor of Arts & Leisure Services. TRIP CANCELLATIONS: If a trip is cancelled by Vagabond Tours, a full refund will be issued immediately to all parties. There is NO SMOKING allowed on the bus or van. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on the bus or van. Rest stops are planned periodically. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Give Vagabond Tours gift certificates! You can give or receive certificates in any amount, starting as small as $5. What else can you buy that offers so much value and is always the right size and color? Just think how easy gift giving could be with one stop at the Noble Center in Lakeview Park. Or you can call with a credit card number. NSF FEES: In the event that a check or checks are presented to the PPD or one of its facilities for services, merchandise or other fees is not honored because there are insufficient funds in the account to cover the check or the account is closed, the drawer shall be liable for the amount of the check plus $30 (per check) for costs incurred by the PPD. In the event the PPD commences a collection action in the court to collect the amount of the check, the drawer shall be liable for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the PPD in connection with the collection of the amount for which the check was written and any other damages permitted under Illinois law.
