Pipeline: Globetrotters/SMN Partnership Objective: Identify and acquire properties with hydrothermal systems defined by larger alteration zones using San Marco’s/GlobeTrotters proprietary database. • GlobeTrotters Resource Group Inc. (Private) —

Using its proprietary database, have successfully identified new porphyry systems in Peru.

SMN has exclusivity to use G.T. database which has been completed over the entire state of Sonora, Mexico

• Over 8 months of investigation resulted in: —

1400 targets identified ➔300 ➔160 to 60

Numerous areas under initial field investigation

Acquisitions beginning - expect more over the next few months

13

Sonora, Mexico – Generative Program • First 2 months of field work

www.sanmarcocorp.com SMN.V

Identified 2 untested telescoped porphyry systems ; one with phyllic alteration / hydrothermal breccias. Second with potassic/phyllic alteration/multiphase intrusive/leach cap.

Identified 1 possible high sulphidation system – quartzalunite alteration – vuggy silica.

Detailed mapping, sampling, spectral studies warranted on all 3 targets

14

Target: # 1062 • Commodity: Gold, Silver, Copper

• Size: 9040 hectares (Appl.)

www.sanmarcocorp.com SMN.V

Discovered porphyry system under a barren lithocap

Discovered quartz/sericite/pyrite hydrothermal breccia

No indication of previous sampling

Additional detailed property wide exploration warranted

Potassic altered rocks surrounded by phyllic/clay altered area ; leached cap over part of the area.

Multi –phase porphyry system, diorite to dacite porphyry units.

Rock chip and spectral analysis samples submitted to the lab.

17

Target: Aqua Zarca

• Commodity: Gold, Silver • Size: 4309 hectares (Appl.) —

Highly prospective for low sulphidation epithermal mineralization

Sandstone. Fine grained texture. Crackle breccia zone. Weak to moderate silicification. 1-2% FeOx filling open spaces.
