Tucker® Stud Welding and Plastics Welding metal studs to sheets – easy, efficient, automated. Stud welding and plastic clips offer a fully automatic, no hole, corrosion-free fastening solution requiring access from only one side of the application. POP® Semi-Automation Increase the efficiency of your production lines. Multi-Head System Multiple rivet setting and assembly fixture workstations are purpose-built solutions designed to suit specific customer applications. A single pneumatic-hydraulic intensifier provides power to multiple rivet setting heads.

Rivet Presenter Rotary bowl rivet feeding system which, when used with a POP® rivet power tool, offers single-handed high-speed rivet feeding and setting. Significant reductions in riveting cycle times can be achieved. The feeder bowl holds up to 1000 rivets and can be refilled in a few seconds. Rivet handling is eliminated, making the Rivet Presenter ideal for white glove environments.

In-Line Pneumatic-Hydraulic rivet tool designed for suspension and riveting in a vertical plane.

We offer a range of angles heads and extended length and reduced diameter front end kits for restricted access, deep and narrow applications.

The tool comes complete with the MCS5000 mandrel collector system, holding up to 8500 spent mandrels, increasing production line efficiency and promoting easy removal of scrap metal.

Tucker® Stud Welding Tucker® Stud Welding metal studs and plastic clips offer a fully automatic, no hole, corrosion free fastening solution requiring access from only one side of application. Choose from our range of Standard, Grounding, T, Aluminium, Ring flange, Large flange and Double flange studs. We also manufacture bespoke stud designs such as locking pin, bowl and washer studs to meet specific application requirements.

Tucker® Plastic Clips

DCE Stud Welding Equipment

Our plastic clips are developed individually for each application. Manufactured to the highest quality using state-of-the-art production technology, Tucker® plastic clips offer the customer flexibility in design and efficient assembly processes.

The DCE equipment generation is a power source developed by Emhart especially for stud welding. Up to 5 welding tools can be connected to a DCE. Reliable application on Aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel or highly rigid thin sheets has established itself in all industries.

Tucker® stud welding equipment is used in automotive manufacturing throughout Europe. It is customised for individual production environments. We offer full technical training at our specialised training centre.

Over 11,000 Tucker® welding units are in operation around the globe. This experience and intensive contact with practical applications continuously generates new ideas which we have implemented in the DCE control and energy unit.
