Exhibitor Registration Admission to the exhibition/conference is by registration only. Registration will be held for attendees and exhibitors in an area inside the Exhibit Hall. Look for Exhibitor Registration directly to the left when you enter the hall. Each exhibiting company may register up to four (4) employees per 10x10 booth. ITEEA will charge the exhibiting company a fee of $75 for each additional registration. Badges allow exhibitors to attend sessions and workshops, except those that require additional fees.

How to Reserve Exhibit Booth Space Visit the Exhibitor Marketplace page at http://www. iteea.org/exhibitors_2017.aspx to see the current floor plan and booth availability and also to print the Exhibitor Booth Contract. Complete the contract and return it with your booth space choices and deposit of $900 per 10x10 space requested. Your space will be reserved when your deposit is received with a signed contract. All contracts received

by August 15, 2016 will guarantee inclusion of your company’s name in the Preliminary Conference Program, which is promoted to over 40,000 individuals through multiple email blasts from September through March. The Preliminary Conference Program also permanently resides on our Conference web page during this time and is referenced by both potential and registered attendees.

NO space will be held until ITEEA receives the $900 deposit. ITEEA will invoice for final payment upon receipt of deposit and subsequent booth assignment.

Payment in full is due by January 15, 2017. For your own protection, please read the ITEEA Exhibitor Terms, Conditions, and Rules, which are part of the contract. Also, remember that each company is responsible for its own property.

Cancellation of Exhibit Space Cancellations received by January 15, 2017 will result in forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after January 15, 2017, ITEEA reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages, and to resell or reassign the booth space.

Service Contractor An ONLINE Exhibitor’s Kit will be emailed to all registered exhibitors in January. Complete information, including show hours, service order forms, shipping, carpeting, electrical, furnishings, housing form, and any additional services, will be emailed to each confirmed exhibitor by ITEEA’s official service contractor. Please ensure that the person who should receive this information is noted on the contract. Badge information will also be collected at that time. For information on ITEEA’s Exhibitor Kit, call:

The individual company, at its own expense, rents booth carpeting, furniture, additional signs and accessories, and is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping and freight handling costs, electrical service, booth installation, booth cleaning, and dismantling. All orders should be placed before the deadline date (listed in the kit) in order to ensure availability. If you have not received an Exhibitor Kit by email by January 30, 2017, please contact Maureen Wiley at [email protected].

Each attendee will be given a raffle ticket to participate in the Exhibitor Raffle, which will be held during the Opening Reception on Thursday evening. Attendees must be present to win. Winners will pick up their prizes directly from each participating exhibitor. Please check the appropriate box on the Exhibitor Booth Contract and send an email to [email protected] indicating what you plan to raffle by February 15, 2017. Minimum prize value is $100.00. Limited to 10 Vendors.
