Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) allow grade 12 students to verify that their course and credit information is accurate Please make sure that all of the information on your TVR is correct Check to see that you are graduating—if not, see your counsellor Please sign it in the space provided If there is any incorrect information, circle it and write a note at the bottom of the form explaining your concern Counsellors will review this and will call you out of class to meet, if necessary

Grade 12 Graduation Program Examination Scholarships A student will receive a $1000 scholarship if he or she… • Achieves at least a B in English 12 or Communications 12 • Fulfills all remaining grad requirements • Is in the top 5000 in the province.
A student will receive a $2500 scholarship if he or she… • Qualifies to receive a $1000 award • Ranks among the top 20 scholarship students in BC (based on his or her percentage score)
