SIX BESPOKE PACKAGES Regardless of where you are in the planning process, we provide you with the best in: catering, decorations, entertainment, events management, photography, silver service, transportation, venues and videography. You have six bespoke packages to choose from.

EVENT COORDINATION

One of our experienced Mae Company Coordinators plans your event with you: connecting you with the best suppliers, service providers and vendors. Being with you every step of the way ensures that she can oversee all the logistics on your event day.

Event Coordination •  Ascertaining your vision & requirements •  Budget analysis and supplier payment plan •  Provide venue & supplier recommendations and selection •  Arrange relevant appointments •  Contact you with regular updates and reviews •  Produce a timeline and detailed schedule for your event •  Provide supplier coordination & confirmations •  Design (theme, venue decoration & accessories) •  Handling RSVPs and dietary requirements •  On the day management to ensure your event day runs smoothly from beginning to end •  24/7 phone and email support 15% of the event budget

EVENT MANAGEMENT

One of our experienced Mae Company Managers will meet with you 4-5 weeks before your special event. Here you will hand over all the information essential for the smooth-running of your fantastic event which she will oversee

Event Management •  A meeting approximately 4-5 weeks prior to your event •  Management of supplier contracts and contact information •  Liaison with the venue and suppliers on your behalf & provide each of them with a detailed “On the Day” schedule •  Overseeing the venue set up and decoration, liaising with suppliers to ensure the tables are laid out exactly as you envisaged •  Being armed with a event Emergency Kit •  Discreet coordination throughout your event day, giving you the peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute, stress free 3 – 5 hours from £250 (£50 p/h) 5 – 7 hours from £340 (£48.57 p/h) 8+ hours from £380 (£47.50 p/h) Please note that this price is based on one event manager recommended for a party size of 100 guets

EVENT PLANNING

One of our experienced Mae Company Planners designs your event with you: connecting you with the best suppliers, service providers and vendors. She will offer you advice considering all the fundamental factors to make sure that, in her absence, your event goes off without a hitch

One of our experienced Mae Company Event Stylists will designs your event with you: transforming your artistic ideas into spectacular décor on your day. As you inform her of your theme and colour scheme, she will share the latest event trends and style your venue to perfection!
