Lunch Lunch will be served for current parents and their families in Boarding Houses from 1.00-2.00 pm, with pre-lunch drinks starting as advertised by the Housemasters. Win Coll Soc will be hosting a lunch in its marquee beside Hunter Tent on New Field. This will be a pre-booked, ticket-only lunch - at a subsidised rate of £25 per head. Those bringing picnics are invited to enjoy their meals whilst watching Lords and 2nd XI cricket on Lords and Meads. In the event of poor weather, War Cloister and the Loggia under Musā may be used. Picnics may be dropped off in the Junior Common Room by QEII Theatre during the morning, ready for collection at lunchtime. After lunch all visitors will be very welcome to use the Win Coll Soc marquee by Hunter Tent, where a cup of tea will be available during the afternoon.

Lavatories There are Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s lavatories in Outer Court, PE Centre, Old Tent, Palmer Field (Ladies only) and Boat Club (Gentlemen only). Portaloos are also available on New Field. Facilities are clearly sign-posted. Car Parking Arrangements Visitors are requested to park their cars in the following areas: • Parents of boys in College, Houses & OW: Gater Field • Parents of boys involved in rowing and overspill: Palmer Field • St Elizabeth’s Mead is reserved for guests who are attending the Win Coll Soc lunch by Hunter Tent. Space is limited, so this will be on a first-come first-served basis. Disabled visitors should contact Win Coll Soc to apply for a space (email: [email protected] ). • There are also designated parking bays in College Walk, College Street, Romans Road, Kingsgate Street, Kingsgate Road. The City Council has kindly agreed that the time limits on parking, and the need for Resident’s Permits, will not be enforced for the day. Please DO NOT park on single or double yellow lines, otherwise parking tickets will be issued. The nearest Council car park is located on Chesil Street. Park & Ride - parking is also available at both the East Winchester (St Catherine’s or Barfield) and South Winchester Park and Ride. All remain open until 2045, with buses running until 1845. All three facilities allow easy access to the M3 avoiding any potential traffic issues in the town. From St Catherine’s and Barfield it is a short walk to Palmer Field, whilst from Winchester South a bus may be taken to near the Cathedral. Tickets are £3 for the day. Please note that the College car parks will be secured at 8 pm on Saturday. Any cars remaining will not be accessible until 9 am on Sunday 21 June. WINCHESTER COLLEGE IS A ‘NON-SMOKING’ SITE
