The victims said the owner used to park his business vehicles and equipment in their driveway and on their property. They pointed out "No Trespassing" signs which they had posted due to the previous incidents. They also said CPO N. Henderson had previously been out to discuss the matter with the business owner. They asked that a report be filed this evening due to a construction fence and poles placed on their property some time during the day. There were also track marks along their property where it appeared dirt had been moved. There was an obvious construction area of the rear of the business in which an approximate three foot hole had been dug out. It looked as through the equipment moving the dirt traveled along the victims property. It is possible the business is looking to expand a barrier wall that travels along the south end of the property. The victims told me the business owner had property stakes placed a while back; however, the construction fencing and track marks were clearly on the property owned by the complainants. Officer

BROWN, S. E.

I, Officer S. Brown, was dispatched to 1702-F S. Red Bank Rd. in reference to disorderly conduct. When I arrived I was met by several upset people. The female victim/offender immediately met me and said her sister`s boyfriend needed to be removed from the house. She said he was not physical with her sister, but that he was abusive. The female victim/offender said she came over because her sister had been in an altercation with the male earlier when police were called to the apartment. The two women were outside and downstairs when I arrived. I then attempted to meet with the male. When I knocked, he shouted that he wouldn`t answer the door until the police arrived. I then explained that I was an officer. He immediately showed me a bleeding cut on his finger. He kept saying he wanted his girlfriend`s sister to go to jail because she hurt his finger with some type of weapon. He said he didn`t know what, but that there had to be a weapon involved. He said he told the sister to "get the fuck out of the house," but she refused. He said he then began to shut the door on the sister, when his hand was struck by something. When asked about the argument with his girlfriend, he said nothing physical occurred and that they were arguing over stupid things. I told him that he could not force his girlfriend`s sister to leave if she wanted her to be there. He claimed his girlfriend also told her sister to leave. I then spoke with the girlfriend. She said she never asked her sister to leave. She also said her boyfriend began shoving at her sister because he wanted her out of the house. The girlfriend said he took her car earlier and when he came home, they began to argue. She also said that is when her sister arrived and overheard the pair arguing. At that point, the sister began to argue with the male when he demanded she leave. She said she didn`t want to pursue any charges, she was just worried about her sister being with the man. I strongly urged the female to collect some personal items and leave for the night, as the male was still clearly agitated; however, she refused. He was adamant that he was battered and continued to demand that the female offender/victim go to jail.

vehicle with an expired Indiana truck license plate (Lic#TK691MQZ) on it. I initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle as it was taking the exit from Green River Rd onto West bound Lloyd Expressway. During my investigation I was advised that both occupants had active warrants for their arrest. Officers had the subject exit the vehicle and they were placed in custody for their warrants. During the search of the subjects officers located suspected methamphetamine and suspected synthetic cannabinoids. The field test of the suspected narcotics revealed that the suspected narcotics were in fact synthetic cannabinoids and methamphetamine. The synthetic cannabinoids were located on the female occupant, J. Neugebohrn and inside the vehicle during the inventory prior to towing. The methamphetamine was located on the male subject, B. Sauer but Neugebohrn advised officers after she was read her miranda warnings that the methamphetamine officers located on Sauer was hers along with all the synthetic cannabinoids they located. While enroute to VCCC Neugebohrn stated that she was planning on selling the narcotics to make money to pay her bills. When asked if she was dealing the narcotics she said yes. Due to Neugebohrn`s admission that the narcotics were hers and her plan to sell them, she was charged with dealing methamphetamine, and dealing synthetic cannabinoids. Neugebohrn was booked into VCCC for her active no bond writ and the dealing methamphetamine, and dealing synthetic cannabinoids. LW 1522222 Battery-domestic Violence Incident Report

[missing name] VICTIM of Battery-domestic Violence Incident Report (C), at 734 W Michigan St, Evansville, IN, between 00:30, 10/06/2015 and 00:43, 10/06/2015. Reported: 10/06/2015. Halterman stated that she and Meredith got into an argument earlier this evening. Meredith had been drinking and accused her of cheating on him. As the night went on, Meredith continued to yell at her. She says she asked him to leave, so he went to his aunts house at 734 W Michigan. Halterman claims Meredith asked her to bring him over a pack of cigarettes. When she arrived, Meredith grabbed her by the throat. She said that his aunt, Francine Rodriguez, stepped in and separated them. Halterman did not have any visible injuries. Meredith said he went to his aunts house to get away from Halterman and that he never asked her to bring him anything. When she showed up, she began to yell at him. Rodriguez stated that Halterman called her several times, prior to coming over, threatening to "kick his ass". Rodriguez says that she was outside trying to get Meredith inside the house, when Halterman showed up. She says that Halterman immediately walked over to Meredith and began to yell at him. That is when Rodriguez stepped in and separated them. Both Rodriguez and Meredith claim that there was never any physical contact. Meredith and Halterman live together at 2111 W Columbia and have a 19 month old child together. his bedroom and he was coming in there. The victim says at this point she became more agitated and stood up off the bed and flipped the box spring and mattress up against the wall. This further agitated the suspect, which is when he then approached the victim and pushed her into the dresser in the bedroom. The dresser had a candle on it which was lit, and the impact of her being pushed against the dresser caused the hot wax to spill on her. She states the suspect found this to be funny and began laughing at her. The verbal argument continued until the suspect then approached the victim and punched her with a closed fist on the left side of the head causing pain. The two then began to wrestle, and the fight spilled over from the bedroom into the living room where the suspect was then able to place the victim in a headlock and banged her head on the floor several times. After a struggle, the victim states she was able to break away and retreat to the bedroom, where she hid behind the box spring and mattress which was still standing up against the wall. She then attempted to call 911. When he heard her calling, he came in the room and she hung up the phone. He then began punching the victim again and threw her on the ground where he kicked her and bit her. She states at this point he walks into the bathroom and vomits for an unknown reason. When she sees the vomit in the bathroom he then turns and backhands the victim across the face. He then tells her that he has family in town and that if she goes to the police that he will kill her, which caused her to feel scared for her life even more than what she already did at the moment. At some point the suspect becomes distracted, which is when the victim is able to grab a knife from the kitchen. She then ran out of the front door and ran to the neighbors house on East Illinois and began banging on the door. This is when the suspect runs to the victim`s car parked out front of the home and drives away in it. She says nobody answered the door that she was knocking on, so she ran and hid in some bushes around the corner. This is when she saw lights from a car that she believed to be the suspect coming back for her. She claims she then began to run away until she saw the spotlight turned on her and heard Officers ordering her to drop the knife and she realized the police had arrived. Crime scene was contacted and photos were taken of apparent bite marks on her shoulder and forearms, as well as knots on her head. The suspect was unable to be located and the victim was given a case number, as well as informed how to get help and go about pursuing criminal charges.
