Edinburgh College Self-Evaluation Curriculum Team SE : Rolled out in January of this year

January - Over 100 self-evaluation sessions attended by over 1000 curriculum staff Stakeholders invited (class reps., employers, community representatives)

Additional review activities Designed to bring a focus on learning, teaching and assessment Reflective Practice Network Student led staff awards – 5 categories (Guiding Hand, Classmate of the Year, Quality Feedback, Innovation, Outstanding Contribution) Assessor/verifier awards – 70 per year L&D10 (Reflect on, develop and maintain skills and practice in learning and development ) available online in August, 2016 PDA – 40 candidates/staff every year (incorporating micro-teaching sessions observed and reviewed by fellow candidates) Working with Organisational Development team – ‘Enhance’
