Targeted at older teenagers (age 16 to 19), the package offers great learning opportunities with more individual space within a safe and secure environment. The lessons are taught at Eurocentres La Rochelle whereas activities take place offsite. Weekly French cookery classes are included in the package.

French Cookery Course Cookery theory: Historical background and cultural relevance behind local french recipes. Meal preparation: Individual tasks or group tasks will be assigned depending on a recipe, students cook the recipe supervised by a teacher. Tasting: Students learn to develop a pallete for different ingredients. On successful completion: Students bring back a rich culinary experience to share with friends and family at home.
