Globalization has brought drastic change to all areas of the built environment including estate surveying and valuation. Property Management is one of the key areas that has undergone this drastic change. For students to compete with their peers outside there is the need to acquit them with these changes. This is the week preceding the final examination. At this time, evaluation will be done to assess how far the students’ expectations for the course have been met.
