Extending the boundaries with new technologies Power up your motoring! Tivoli’s new power train is compact, efficient and reliable, with choice of Euro VI-compliant petrol and diesel engines. NVH is superb. The petrol-powered e-XGi160 features a variable induction manifold system that automatically adjusts intake tract length to engine rpm and load. Performance is especially enhanced at medium and high speeds. The diesel e-XDi160 delivers maximum torque at low speed and optimal performance at low and medium speeds, where most everyday driving is done. A fifth-generation electronic variable-geometry turbocharger maximises fuel efficiency.

Smart driving modes One of three different Smart driving modes can be activated with the flip of a control switch to adjust the engine output to specific driving and road conditions, resulting in smoother and more confident operation.

Eco Eco mode is used generally to reduce fuel consumption. Power Power mode is switched on when moving into the passing lane, increasing engine torque for passing other vehicles with ease. Winter Winter mode allows the vehicle to start out in second gear, helping to prevent the tires from slipping on icy surfaces.

Idle stop & go system The idle stop & go, or ISG, minimises needless ticking over while the vehicle is at a standstill, improving fuel economy in stop-and-go city driving.

Cruising in your own style McPherson struts and springs in the front provide comfort and operational stability at high speed. In the rear, a light yet durable torsion beam suspension system with rear-mounted springs delivers great ride quality. With Smart Steer the driver can adjust steering wheel resistance to fit changing driving conditions, while the electronically-controlled AWD system improves traction on inclines as well as wet or icy roads. The AWD option includes multilink independent suspension in the rear, allowing the opposing wheels to move autonomously and distributing road shock to multiple lateral arms. Putting your family first with unparalleled safety specifications The Tivoli is built to an extremely high level of strength and safety, with 71.4 percent of the body construction consisting of high-strength steel, of which some 40 percent is advanced high-strength steel. To minimise collision impacts,ten key areas of the vehicle have been reinforced with hot-formed steel, which increases the steel’s impact resistance to 1,500Mpa, as opposed to just 280Mpa for plain steel.
