ERS Railways and EDI ERS Railways is offering an interactive EDI message exchange containing amongst others: • Pre – notification of an order • Order • Order confirmation • Load confirmation • Departure notification • Arrival notification Formats actively used by ERS Railways are e.g. IFTMIN, EDIFACT, XLS, CVS. In general all formats can be worked with and programmed within short lead times.

Our EDI implementation follows actual customer needs based on thoroughly worked through project plans

ERS Railways and Track & Trace • ERS Railways is able to provide the customer with cargo tracking information on all corridors based on GPS units, which are mounted on wagon sets • Updates of the actual train runs are automatically send to customers’ operations desk based on, by the customer, chosen measuring points • With Track & Trace, we as ERS Railways would like to offer our customers a reliable insight of the actual vs. planned train runs creating a better visibility in the hinterland transport

Track & Trace in practice ERS Railways is able to send notifications at following ‘checkpoints’, e.g. on our Rotterdam – Poznan corridor:

Thank you for your attention And we are looking forward to be a reliable partner for you!
