3. TEAM 3E proposes to use an integrated team with extensive experience in environmental consultancy, renewable energies and sustainability consultancy sector. The rationale in composing the team will be to offer a pool of qualified engineers and specialists with expertise in all the key areas of the proposed assignment. Project Manager : Dr. Radhia MCHIRGUI, Senior Sustainability and Environmental Expert

Ms. Radhia MCHIRGUI, PHD in Environmental Engineering , University of Stuttgart, and Master of Science in Energy strategies (HEC Montreal Canada), is an international expert who participated as a director or chief of mission in more than a hundred studies relating to energy efficiency and renewable energy and the sustainable development including Sustainable design for new buildings as per LEED and QSAS/GSAS, Techno-Economic Studies of the production of electricity from renewable energy: biomass, solar, wind, Engineering, design studies and projects hot water and heating by solar energy ,Engineering for the rational use of energy and energy audit in the buildings and industries, Study of technical feasibility, financial and construction of projects in energy (cogeneration, trigeneration, cold storage, air conditioning with natural gas), Design and setting up projects in new technology, Studies of environmental impact assessments and strategic environmental and Coordination of projects in energy and environment. Dr Radhia MCHIRGUI is Accredited Energy Auditor (Buildings and industrial sectors), European Energy Manager accredited (European Union), Renewable Energies Expert to design and dimensioning of solar projects, LEED Accredited Professional-LEED AP (Leadership Energy and Environmental Design), GSAS CGP-Qatar Sustainability Assessment System Green Certified Professional and Environmental Impact Assessment Expert accredited by World Bank.

Senior Environmental Expert – Dr. Nadeem Feroze

Dr. Nadeem has earned his Ph.D degree in chemical engineering from university of Manchester Institute of science and Technology from UK after obtaining his master and bachelor degrees from University of Engineering & Technology in Lahore, Pakistan. Dr. Nadeem has a quite good expertise in air monitoring and testing. Moreover, he is an expert in environmental assessment and audits. He has executed tens of environmental studies and compliance plans. Dr, Nadeem has been engaged in energy and renewable projects as well, such as bio fuels and biogas. He has participated in water and wastewater assignments (i.e., activated carbon treatment, advanced water treatment, biological water treatment, and chemical water treatment). He has conducted many training modules for environmental training programs. Dr. Nadeem has participated in many projects in Qatar for QAFCO, QAPCO and PETROTEC. He also contributed in the environmental studies for Souk Ali, Al AHASSAD slaughterhouse, Al MILAHA Logestics City, Kamal Mixed use Development…etc.

Senior Environmental Expert – Dr. Chiheb Maghrebi

Dr. Chiheb has a Ph.D. in geology of the environment from University of Sfax in Tunisa . Dr. Chiheb is also expert in air dispersion modelling and air quality assessment and health risk assessment (HRA). He has been engaged in many projects in Qatar and in the Middle East. Dr. Chiheb has also participated in performing tens of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). He also has a good experience in the oil & gas field and oil spell modeling. Dr. Chihab has a unique expertise in underwater noise modeling assessment so that he can investigate the drilling activities impacts on the marine fauna for example. In addition, he can master several air dispersion modeling, such as ARMOD, CALPUFF, SLAB and IRAP software. He is utilizing OILMAP in simulating the movement and fate of oil spilled in marine or fresh water. Moreover, he provided his services in Canada, China, and United Kingdom (UK). He has published a number of scientific papers in the field of environmental engineering.

Senior Environmental Expert – Dr. DENİZ GÜMÜŞEL

Dr DENİZ GÜMÜŞEL has Proven skills and 16 years of experience in project cycle management in projects funded by international financial/development institutions (EU, UNDP, UK FCO, SDC, JICA etc.), including project development, planning, implementation, financial management, monitoring and evaluation.
