A luxury retailer provided its team of personal shoppers with Smart PCs so that they would have a flexible device that delivers a complete shopping experience. The personal shopper uses the Smart PC’s notebook features to communicate with clients on upcoming sales, invitations to trunk shows and send photos of new fashion arrivals. During a store visit, the Smart PC’s media tablet features are used to pull up the client’s purchase history, measurements and preferences.
