Preface

The 2014 International Conference on Electronics, InformationTechnology and Intellectualization (ICEITI 2014) provides an academic platform for leading experts and researchers in these fields for sharing and exchanging the latest research results and problem solving solutions. ICEITI has collected advanced results and trends in the field of Electronics, Information Technology and Intellectualization. This book is a collection of quality papers. All the papers accepted are reviewed and edited by 2–3 expert referees from our academic committee board. This book aims to collect the advanced and practical result of research developments on electric machines, electric apparatus, power systems and automation, high voltage techniques, microelectronic devices, computer and image processing technologies, wireless networks, mobile networks, etc. The Scientific Committee of the Conference has made sure that this book will provide the readers with the latest advanced knowledge in these fields, also providing a valuable summary and reference.
