Mission Electronic Access Foundation’s mission is to partner with corporations, universities and organizations with surplus, functional computers and electronic equipment and donate to charitable organizations and people in need to help end the “Digital Divide”.

Executive Summary Electronic Access Foundation Inc. (EAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established for the purpose of donating surplus electronic equipment to other qualified charitable organizations in need. EAF obtains donations through partnership with corporations, universities, and organizations by offering them an alternative to recycling of their surplus electronic equipment. In return for their donations, EAF offers these corporations, universities, and organizations: • Tax credit for the current fair market value of equipment • Removal of the equipment at no cost • Secure data sanitation at no cost, including hard drive-specific electronic reporting We are dedicated to the reuse of the surplus electronic equipment, as opposed to the recycling as waste, as a commitment to the community and environment.

Company Description Electronic Access Foundation Inc. (EAF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Branchburg, New Jersey and is a current member of the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce. EAF is established with the Internal Revenue Service as a C-Corporation, dedicated to partnering with corporations, universities, and organizations in order to provide local qualified charitable and nonprofit organizations with much-needed computers and electronic equipment. In return for their donations, EAF offers donors tax credits for fair market value of their equipment in addition to on-site removal and data destruction at no cost. EAF is also helping the environment by offering an alternative to recycling and keeping surplus and unwanted electronic equipment out of landfills.

Removal of Surplus Equipment - We provide removal of electronic equipment inventory Data Sanitation - We provide secure sanitation powered by Techmore Reporting - We provide electronic reporting that is hard drive specific about sanitation status and methods Reloading - We provide options to install Microsoft Windows as a Windows Authorized OEM Distributor, or other software as requested Refurbishing - We provide the ability to rejuvenate equipment within the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher Guidelines Redistribute - We provide a service to the community through our redistribution of quality equipment that has been donated to EAF and put to testing of existing Microsoft and DBan standards. We also offer a portion or equipment for sale on open markets to help cover operation costs.

At no cost to the Client, Electronic Access Foundation (“EAF”) will provide labor and transportation for the removal, from the donation site, those items of surplus consumer electronic equipment described on the attached Reporting and Tracking Receipt. The Client shall not be liable for injury to EAF personnel to the extent that said injury is caused by EAF’s removal of surplus electronic equipment from the donation site. Upon taking possession of the Client's surplus electronic equipment, EAF will be solely be responsible for the proper handling of the same pursuant to the New Jersey Electronic Waste Recycling Act (the “Act”) If at any time EAF determines, in its sole discretion that any Client donation item is ineligible for removal pursuant to the Act, or is otherwise not surplus consumer electronic equipment pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26:1-1.1, or is otherwise leaking or poses a threat of harm to the environment, EAF shall not be required to remove or retain possession of same. The Client understands and agrees that EAF will, at its sole discretion: 1. - Ascertain the value of each item of surplus electronic equipment for the Client's tax deduction purposes. 2. - Elect donation, resale or the recycling of surplus electronic equipment to third parties pursuant to the Act. 3. - Retain any and all payments(s) received for resale for surplus electronic equipment. In no event shall EAF be obligated to return hard drive data to the Client. CLIENT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION Upon the Client's request, EAF ensures that hard drives, jump drives and other data storing devices will be completely sanitized by using Dban system adhering to Department of Defense, DoD 5220.22-M for each surplus electronic item that require such processing or data destruction by using our HD-IT Degaussing process. (Please place your initials subsequent to the statement above that applies to your needs. ) The Client is solely responsible for the proper and timely filing as necessary to obtain any and all tax deductions relating to the Client's donation. In no event shall EAF be liable for payment or reimbursement of tax deductions not received by the Client. The Client represents that it has previously utilized the electronic equipment in the manner for which it was manufactured and the client is not regulated or otherwise acting as a collector, recycler, processor, handler seller or transferor of consumer electronics and/or universal waste. The Client and EAF understand and agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. There are no verbal agreements. Any additions or changes to the Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties. Subsequent donations will be handled by a separate agreement. No modifications or waivers shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the Law of the State of New Jersey. The invalidity or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect any of the other provisions of this Agreement, which remain in full force and effect. _______________________________ Signature of Facility Contact
