Responsible for this intelligence agency’s investigative division and specifically the identification and acquisition of information pertaining to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy during 1963. • Served as ARRB liaison to the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and facilitated transfer of material to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). 1995: Senior Fraud Analyst - Chevy Chase Bank, Frederick, MD. • Responsible for analysis of financial crime trends within the credit card industry and those impacting the bank. Designed and implementing new policy procedures for identifying and correcting fraud trends. 1991-1994: Diversion Investigator - U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Newark, NJ. • Responsible for civil and criminal investigations of entities connected to the regulated chain of prescription drugs and chemicals. 1990-1991: Data Analyst - EBON Research Systems; Contract in the Office of Chief Counsel, Asset Forfeiture Section U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Arlington, VA. • Completed projects for the Agent-in-Charge and coordinated with the U.S. Marshals Service on the Equitable Sharing Program, DEA staff, and various DEA field offices. • Periodically taught administrative asset forfeiture at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. 1989-1990: Canvass Representative - The Citizen Labor and Energy Coalition, Washington D.C. • Responsible for grass roots lobbying on the issues of: insurance reform, global warming and rights of the elderly.
