Magnetic Bases
Unrivalled lifespan of up to 100,000 hours together with low power consumption and resistance to high levels of shock and vibration make LEDs the ideal light source for emergency lighting. Their compact size allows them to be used in a wide range of applications from surface mount flashing lamps to rotating beacons.
Vision Alert magnetic based beacons are available in three speed ratings.

Rotating LED Technology Patented Hybrid Drive technology – no gears, no belts, no brushes to wear out. Vision Alert Rotating LED products avoid problems typically found in gear or belt driven beacons by using a direct-drive stepper motor. A direct-drive stepper motor has much greater reliability than a brushed DC motor with either a gear or belt assembly, because the only moving parts are the shaft and rotor which are supported by two sealed bearings. The stepper motor uses magnetic induction to rotate the rotor and shaft so there are no gears to slip or belts to break and no electrical brushes or other contacts to wear out.

Rotating Light Output. The light emitted from the 8 LEDs is collimated into a beam that shines straight up from the base. A double sided mirror is mounted to the shaft of the direct-drive stepper motor at 45º to intercept the beam and is rotated in a 360º circle to sweep the beam much like a standard halogen rotator. Extended life of LEDs over alternative lighting. By default LEDs provide a longer working life and greater resistance to vibration over alternative forms of lighting. Additionally LEDs do not require the use of a costly and life limiting flash capacitor as required in flashing xenon beacons. Lower current draw from LEDs. Evolution Design
Unrivalled lifespan of up to 100,000 hours together with low power consumption and resistance to high levels of shock and vibration make LEDs the ideal light source for emergency lighting. Their compact size allows them to be used in a wide range of applications from surface mount flashing lamps to rotating beacons.
The Evolution range is Australia’s lowest profile lightbar to include rotators, measuring only 108mm in total height. The Evolution and Blaze range has the capacity to incorporate a wide range of technologies along side our outstanding Free-form optics. Our manufacturing department are able to integrate optional strobes, alley lights, illuminated signage, LEDs and worklamps into any Evolution lightbar allowing for virtually unlimited build combinations.
Hybrid Drive
Lighting Symbols Patented Hybrid Drive technology – no gears, no belts, no brushes to wear out. Vision Alert Rotating LED products avoid problems typically found in gear or belt driven beacons by using a direct-drive stepper motor. A direct-drive stepper motor has much greater reliability than a brushed DC motor with either a gear or belt assembly, because the only moving parts are the shaft and rotor which are supported by two sealed bearings. The stepper motor uses magnetic induction to rotate the rotor and shaft so there are no gears to slip or belts to break and no electrical brushes or other contacts to wear out.

Controller Functions Lightbar Pattern Mode
Lightbar Pattern mode controls the majority of LED modules. A range of flash patterns utilising these modules can be selected using buttons highlighted above. Lightbar patterns can be factory locked.
Traffic Director Mode
Traffic Director mode controls the rear 8 LED modules. A range of flash patterns can be selected using the 5 buttons on the controller highlighted above. Traffic Director patterns can be factory locked.
Alley Lights
The Alley Light LED modules at either end of the lightbar are controlled via a single dedicated button. These LEDs feature optics for focused light dispersion.
Spot/Take-Down Lights

Extruded Aluminium Bar The new IONNIC Minebar is more easily customised, adaptable and user friendly than ever before. Drawing on over a decade’s experience in manufacturing and supplying Minebars, the new IONNIC Minebar range has been redesigned from the ground up. With a new dedicated aluminium extrusion and a range of universal and vehicle specific mounting options and accessories IONNIC have created a total Minebar system allowing users to customise each bar to suit their individual requirements. Unrivalled lifespans of up to 100,000 hours together with low power consumption and resistance to high levels of shock and vibration make LEDs the ideal light source for emergency lighting. Their compact size allows them to be used in a wide range of applications from surface mount flashing lamps to rotating beacons.

AGM Batteries AGM batteries are ideal for use in applications where fast recharge, long shelf life, vibration resistance and superior deep cycle performance is required. AGM or Absorbed Glass Mat batteries are constructed using glass fibre matting, which encapsulates the electrolyte, between lead / ceramic plates. This layer construction makes the battery more robust as the cells no longer need to support their own weight in a bath of acid.
AGM batteries will not leak acid even if broken, will not freeze and require no maintenance. AGM batteries have a lifespan of up to 10 years and can be discharged up to 80% of their capacity without detriment and have a very low self-discharge rate of typically between 1% - 3% per month. Low internal resistance allows an AGM battery to be charged and discharged rapidly without generating heat or reducing battery life.
