Guidelines for occupational physicians reporting the diseases to the institutions for compensation (“Unfallversicherungsträger/ Berufsgenossenschaften”), the German Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health established a scientific committee, which elaborates guidance documents for occupational diseases about ƒ health risks, ƒ technical preconditions for the specific work conditions causing the disorder/ disease and ƒ medical disease patterns.
