If available data allowance runs out, please refer to “3.1.4 Purchase Data Allowance Online” at page 10 to buy data allowance. On the other hand, check the LED light on the camera to see if both lights are always on. To know more details, please refer to “APPENDIX 2 LED STATUS INDICATION” at page 19 to fix the problem. a) It greatly simplifies network configurations. Only plug and play and everything is done.

What are the limitations when the camera is configured to Internet by using EaZy Networking?

a) The IPS is 10 IPS. b) The live video quality is limited to QVGA The technology of EaZy Networking is much more complicated than the traditional networking, so it may take more time to get live view. To ensure you to get the live image in the shortest time, there are limitations on image quality and IP.

I’m not using a router to connect to Internet. Can I connect my camera to Internet by using EaZy Networking?

No. A router is needed, and its DHCP function must be on.

How to change the password for my cloud account?

Access EagleEyes address book, and go to “Setting” “Detail”  “Account Information”  “Modify”  “Change Password.”

Does this camera support quick wireless connection setup with just one press?

How does EagleEyes charge for the cloud service?

Yes, and this support must work with the router which also supports quick wireless connection setup. Users do not need to manually search and enter the password to join the wireless network. All setup and connection can be done with just one press. To use this function, your router must be compatible with WPA or WPA2 security. And the naming of this function may vary based on the brand of each router. For details, please check the user manual of your wireless router. Initially, 500MB data allowance (approx. 260 minutes) per EaZy Networking camera is provided for free, which will be expired after 6 months since the camera is added to the cloud server. When 500MB is out or expired, users can select our data plan from EagleEyes to continue this service, and the additional data allowance you purchase does not have an expiration date.
