In addition to your wedding banquet, we can accommodate your group for a Rehearsal Dinner, or Post-Wedding Brunch. On the enclosed pages you will find our standard wedding menus, guidelines and policies. Please note that we can work with you to customize any menu to suit your preferences. General Policies and Information Deposit:

Tasting Opportunity:

A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit of the estimated balance and credit card authorization form for final guarantee are due with a signed contract to confirm your event

After signing the agreement, we will be happy to host you and up to three guests for a tasting during the selection of your menus. Your Catering Manager will explain in more detail. Tasting dates and times are at the discretion of the hotel and need to be planned four to six weeks prior to your event.

Payment/Guarantee: The full estimated balance and exact number of guests attending your event is due 7 business days prior to your event. This minimum number will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. If the actual number of attendees exceeds the guarantee on the day of the function, you will be charged for the higher number and payment will be due by the end of the event for anything over the minimum guarantee or it will be charged to the credit card on file . Cancellation: A cancellation fee, as outlined in the contract, will be applied if the cancellation occurs after a signed contract has been received. Security: The hotel cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise brought into the hotel, left unattended during any event or left in the hotel prior to or following an event. Alcoholic Beverages: The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the State of Texas. The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel DFW Airport North is responsible for the administration of the regulations. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the hotel for a banquet function. Because we believe in serving alcohol with care, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service.

Food Service: *All food items must be supplied and prepared by the hotel. Due to current health regulations, neither food nor beverages may be brought in from the outside nor taken from the hotel premises. This does not apply to wedding cakes. Decorations: Decorations or displays brought into the hotel must be approved prior to the arrival. Items may not be attached with nails, staples, tape or any other substance in order to prevent damage to the fine fixtures and furnishings. *We do understand that due to cultural and religious beliefs, we might not be able to accommodate a specific type of catering fit for your attendees. Under special circumstances, we allow for outside catering at a per person fee. Please consult your Catering Manager for prices and details.
