General Rules Silent Auction bidding will begin at 6pm and tables will start closing at 8:45pm. In the order listed on the Event Guide. In order to bid on an item, each bidder must legibly write their name, and bid amount on the bid sheet. Bid sheets state the starting bid amount and minimum increases between bids. Winners will be determined by these rules. Once a bid is entered, it may not be removed. Bidder’s signature on the bid sheet constitutes a legal contract to buy. Once a table has been closed, the table closer will collect all bid sheets and no further bids will be accepted. Check Out Payment for all items must be made on December 4, 2014 at the cashier’s desk. After making payment at the cashier’s desk, items may be claimed. Payment for auction items: Credit card, cash or check. Please have business cards with you to accompany your payment.
