• Implementation, deployment, operation, and administrative and technical management of a national electronic platform for the exchange and sharing of health data, as well as applications and health information systems at national level • Promoting interoperability and security in the implementation of health information systems
• The establishment and maintenance of a roadmap for health information systems, defining a national strategy, articulated with national health priorities and the need for exchange and sharing between stakeholders
• Assist regulators and authorities on strategic choices related to health information systems
• Information for patients and providers on operational procedures and security measures in relation to the electronic health record and the national electronic platform for the exchange and sharing of health data

IdeoRCP : tool for pluridisciplinary meetings, used in oncology Médecin Référent tool : facilitates GP and pediatricians « MR » (i.e. having signed a « referential doctor »-convention with a patient suffering from long-term conditions), to supervise and share health data by means of 2 documents registered in the DSP : - patient summary (deposited by the MR) - summary of health benefits (deposited yearly by the National Health Fund) 10
