INNOVATION MEETS AESTHETICS AND PRACTICE In developing the HUECK Lambda window and door modular system, our engineers put their many years of expertise to use, listening to suggestions from practical users and requests from customers and thinking these through to their logical conclusions. The result: slender elevations, optimum thermal insulation properties, efficient processing, and a diverse range of possible applications.

Thanks to the sophisticated construction with modern multi-chamber profiles this modular system meets all thermal insulation requirements under the German Energy Saving Ordinance with a profile depth of just 75 mm. Broad creative scope With its two design variants, HUECK Lambda WS/DS 075 opens up additional creative scope for planners and architects: Bevelled fixed frames offer genuine “Classic Design”, especially for old buildings, while the “Rounded Design” provides visual highlights with its softly rounded profile geometry. The design variants are each com-

plemented with matching inner glazing beads and an exclusive handle design. A wide range of possible variants The system is complemented not only by the “classic” window but also by variants featuring an internal sash, an outward-opening window, a ventilation flap, or the elegant HUECK Lambda WS 075 FC window façade. In parallel to HUECK Lambda WS/DS 075, HUECK Lambda WS/DS 090 also offers an economical system with a profile depth of 90 mm that can be used in the event of higher thermal insulation requirements.  ¬

HUECK GEN 4.0

GEN 4.0: MINIMIERTE MONTAGEZEIT – HÖCHSTE QUALITÄT Der innovative HUECK-Beschlag zu den Lambda Fensterserien wurde konsequent aus der Sicht des Verarbeiters entwickelt. Deshalb ist GEN 4.0 für die Aluminium-Euronut auch konkurrenzlos schnell zu verarbeiten und zu montieren – ohne Abstriche bei Qualität. Durch das einzigartige Treibstangenkonzept haben die HUECK-Ingenieure ganze Arbeitsschritte eingespart. GEN 4.0 besteht aus wenigen Bauteilen, die ohne zusätzliche Bearbeitung von außen eingelegt und zu einem großen Teil geklipst oder geklemmt werden. So lässt sich dieser Beschlag nicht nur einmalig schnell verarbeiten, sondern auch zerstörungsfrei demontieren – und das sogar in der verdeckten Ausführung. Ein weiteres Highlight: Selbst im eingebauten Zustand kann GEN 4.0 ohne großen Aufwand auf Einbruchshemmung der Klasse RC2 auf- oder nachgerüstet werden. Darüber hinaus ist er auch für höchste Einbruchsicherheit als RC3-Version und optional mit Verschlussüberwachung lieferbar.

HIGHLIGHTS

GEN 4.0 steht als Dreh-, Kipp-, Dreh-Kipp-, KvD- und Stulpbeschlag mit auf- oder verdeckt liegender Bandseite sowie für Parallel-Schiebefenster zur Verfügung. Besonders große Fensterflächen lassen sich mit den beiden Schwerlast-Versionen als Dreh-Beschlag bis zu 300 Kilo und Drehkipp-Beschlag bis zu 200 Kilo Flügelgewicht realisieren. Neben den eleganten Griffen der exklusiven HUECKGrifflinie sind bei GEN 4.0 alle handelsüblichen Griffe mit 7 mm Vierkant und 43 mm Schraubabstand einsetzbar. Durch die besonders dichte Verzahnung der Bauteile fühlt sich das Drehen des Fenstergriffs hier deutlich angenehmer an als bei herkömmlichen Beschlägen.  ¬

GEN 4.0: MINIMISED ASSEMBLY TIME – MAXIMUM QUALITY This innovative HUECK fitting for the Lambda window series was consistently developed from the processor’s perspective. Accordingly, GEN 4.0 also offers unrivalled speed of processing and assembly for the aluminium eurogroove – without quality concessions. The unique operating rod concept has allowed HUECK’s engineers to do away with entire process steps. GEN 4.0 comprises a small number of components that are inserted from the outside; these need no additional machining and largely clip or clamp into place. The fitting is therefore not only extremely quick to install but can also be removed nondestructively – even in the concealed version. Another highlight is that, even after installation, GEN 4.0 can easily be upgraded or retrofitted to burglar resistance

class RC2. In addition, it is also available as an RC3 version for maximum break-in resistance and with optional locked state surveillance. GEN 4.0 is available as a turn, tilt, turn-tilt, tilt-before-turn and second sash fitting with a visible or concealed hinge side, as well as for parallel sliding windows. Especially large window areas can be implemented using the two heavy-duty versions: a turn fitting for sash weights of up to 300 kg or a turn-tilt fitting for sash weights of up to 200 kg. As well as the elegant handles from HUECK’s exclusive handle series, GEN 4.0 can also be used with all standard handles with a 7 mm square shank and 43 mm screw spacing. Thanks to the especially close interlinking of components, the window handle is much more pleasant to turn than conventional fittings.  ¬
