1 Introduction The purpose of this document is to describe the dress rehearsal activities that will take place on the following dates: th

1. Saturday 28 June 2014; th 2. Saturday 05 July 2014; th 3. Saturday 12 July 2014. The participation to the first two sessions is mandatory. The third session is strictly recommended. The purpose of the dress rehearsals is to verify that all participants’ applications can correctly access the EuroTLX market on the Millennium IT platform and that participants are able to perform trading activities and receive market data too. In particular, all participants are required to double check their logon procedures for all the enabled Comp ids on MIT and ITCH and for all enabled Users on GTP and GTP Lite and to enter/amend/delete orders and quotes (single/double) and execute trades. Please note that some changes to the Session Timetable indicated in this document could be possible. In this case the new Timetable will be communicated in due time.

2 Test Overview Based upon the participant access configuration to EuroTLX, all the market participants are required to logon to MIT and to ITCH/GTP/ GTP Lite data feed services from all relevant applications using at least one Comp ID/user per application, per Market Segment (where applicable, cfr Liquidity Provider activity) and per type of activity performed (i.e. Broker activity and or Liquidity Provider one). The test is performed in the production environment of all the services involved: • ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite; • The new EuroTLX on MIT platform; • FTP services. All trades executed during the test session will NOT be sent to the production X-TRM system. The content of the mandatory test sessions is the same for the first two while it differs for the third and last one, where it is requested only a Login test to all the applications and other trading activities are not to be performed. th

At the end of the test sessions, except for the one that will be held on Saturday 12 July, participants will be required to restore the trading applications back to the current production version and to login to NOMX trading platforms with all users to ensure an orderly start of the Market to the following trading session.

At the end of each test session day, all customers are required to send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] confirming the success of the test activity described in chapter 2.4, for each above test session. We would like to remind you that participants are responsible for the correct operation of their applications after any roll forward / rollback procedure to NOMX and MIT trading platforms.

Reference Data

For the first and second test session, the configuration of the Reference Data, in terms of th instruments, is dated 20 June 2014. Reference Data will be available within 9.00 am CEST.

2.3

Session Timetable

The test session will start at 10:00 am CEST (login) and will end at 15:00 pm CEST as detailed below. The logon to MIT trading platform and to to ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite will be available starting from 10:00. The session timetable is the following (with detailed timetable attached): • • •

Login to EuroTLX market and to ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite: from 10.00 am until 11.30 CEST Quoting Period (PreOpenPhase): from 11.30 to 11.45 Trading on MIT: between 11.45 am and 2.35 pm CEST

Any active order that remain on the order books will be cancelled at the end of the session. The rollback to the current participants’ production configuration will be performed from 3 pm CEST.

Test requirements

Participants are required to logon from at least one Comp ID per application, per Market Segment (where applicable, cfr Liquidity Provider activity) and per type of activity performed (i.e. Broker activity and or Liquidity Provider one). During the test session participants are required to perform the following activities: • verify the connectivity to the MIT platform and the correct login the EuroTLX market • verify the connectivity and the correct login to ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite • verify the correctness of the main trading functions provided through the proprietary (both single and double quotes ) or third party software applications • verify the correct message handling of the market data feeds through ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite • verify the connectivity to FTP services in order to get MIT305 and/or ANA_* files, RCG and Listino • verify (only for who requested it) the download of RCG files produced every five minutes At the end of the test session, participants are required to: • verify the correct restore of their software applications back to the previous production version As a minimum, customers should perform the following basic activities: •

Connect each trading application to MIT through all configured Comp IDs Connect to ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite through all configured users

Basic trading activity: o o o

Enter / Modify / Cancel Orders (Limit and Market, IOC, FOK, DAY) Trades management Own order-book download (in case of Drop Copy)

Own trades download (in case of Post Trade Gateway, check the correct acquisition of the Contra Firm Capacity) Enter Quotes (Liquidity Provider only, single and double quotes) Modify Quotes (Liquidity Provider only, single and double quotes) Delete Quotes (Liquidity Provider only, single and double quotes)

Check correct reception of markets’ reference data Check correct reception of real time feed (orders and prices)

Rollback procedures: o o

Logout each trading application from MIT and ITCH, GTP and GTP Lite Restore production trading applications’ versions and data

In addition to the above customer test activities, Market Supervision could undertake the following activities, also on specific request (received by phone at +39 02 30301429): • • • •

Cancellation orders and/or quotes Change of trading parameters and/or reference prices Change of phase and status on instruments For Liquidity Providers, modification of CompID configuration about quotes preferences (double quote, buy only, sell only)

For Liquidity Providers we remark that the obligations of quoting single instruments in single or in double side will be defined on the basis of the real and current production data. If needed, each Liquidity Provider can ask Market Supervision to be provided with the list of financial instruments obligations relating to each specific CompID.

2.6

Test Results Confirmation

At the end of each test session, customers are required to confirm the success of their day’s testing. The preferred approach is for customers to send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] and their Technical Account Manager confirming all connectivity and functional testing for the migration was completed successfully.
