AMERICAN PRIDE BATHROOM CABINETS PRODUCT WARRANTY American Pride Bathroom Cabinets are completely guaranteed against any defects in workmanship and materials for twelve months from the date of installation. It is the exclusive responsibility of the consumer to establish and verify the installation date. American Pride, Inc., will replace or repair at their sole discretion any product proven to be defective. American Pride, Inc., does hereby limit its liability to the replacement of defective products and is not responsible for any additional associated costs. This warranty is the only guarantee on American Pride Bathroom Cabinets. be adjusted, revised, or extended by any party or agent.

Terms & Conditions Prices:

The manufacturers price list applies from its effective date and replaces and cancels any prior price list. Any special price quotes are good for 90 days from the date issued unless specified on the quote.

Payment:

Terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment and are past due thereafter. All past due invoices must be settled before additional shipments are made. Any different terms of sale or additional days dating must be agreed upon and documented prior to shipment.

Freight:

Shipments will be made by common carrier, either specified by the customer or directed by American Pride. Freight will be prepaid if it meets agreed upon minimums. Any shipment below minimum will ship freight collect. U.P.S. charges will be added to the invoice.

Order Acceptance: Acceptance of orders is subject to American Pride approval. Order confirmation will be faxed to customer covering product, quantity, pricing, terms, and delivery date. Any change should be directed to American Pride customer service within 24 hours.

Returns:

No merchandise return will be accepted without prior written authorization and must have a R.G.A. (return goods authorization) number.

Claims:

All claims must be reported and documented within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged. If there is any question as to the condition of the merchandise, bill of lading should be signed "subject to inspection". U.P.S. shipment claims must be reported within 72 hours, if American Pride is to file claim.
