BOOKING CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS

REFUNDS

Provisional bookings are accepted by telephone and must be confirmed with the relevant deposit within 14 days. Bookings not confirmed with a deposit within 14 days will automatically be released.

Please be aware that neither deposits nor full pre-payments are refundable.

DEPOSITS The stated deposit amount per person is required to secure the booking, please note all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Party Nights £15.00 per person Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day 50% off the booking value at the time of booking.

FINAL PAYMENTS All final payments are required by the 1st November, for bookings made after this date the final payment will be due 14 days after the booking has been made. Bookings made for dates within a two week period, the full payment will be required at the time of booking.

MENU REQUIREMENTS If you are attending a Party Night, your menu requirements should be notified to us one calendar month prior to the event. Alternative menu options are available for anyone who has special dietary requirements, please be sure to let us know in advance.

DRESS CODE We ask that smart dress is worn for all our Christmas events, no jeans or trainers.

TAXIS We regret that we are unable to assist with the reservations of taxis at this very busy time of year. It is helpful if your reserved taxi has your mobile telephone number so that the driver can arrange to meet you as the taxi arrives at the hotel.
