The truth about Cannabis? Your task: Your group must use reliable research to compose a 1-2minute digital presentation regarding the drug Cannabis. You must include in your research: - the classification of cannabis, eg stimulants, depressants, hallucinogens – reasons people use and do not use cannabis – short-term and long-term effects of cannabis on health and wellbeing – legal and economic consequences eg/ the law and financial costs – effects of other people’s cannabis use - Reasons why people choose not to use the drug

You should use the resources shared in class for this unit as your guide in this task. Note the following details regarding the assessment task:

You will use digital media to present the information. You must acknowledge any resources used eg/ website, journal, textbooks There are strict limits to the length of the life story: o Your digital presentation should be using Flipagram, Movie Maker, Photo Story, Adobe Premier pro or a similar software. o It must be 1-2 minutes in duration, and contain sufficient oral, visual and print text to address the assessment criteria. Ensure that you are able to submit your best work by the due date, and use the assessment task rubric to ensure that you are on track.
