The creation of Hanover has truly been a labor of love. We are a friendly, cozy, family-style restaurant that has old-fashioned roots. Our insistence on perfection is a primary factor influencing the selection of everything.

Terms & Policies Ordering Guidelines To ensure availability and secure deliver y time, we encourage you to place orders by 2:00 p.m. on the previous day. Of course we will always try to accommodate last minute orders. Cancellation Fees Standard orders cancelled with at least 24-hour notice will not be charged. We will in ever y way tr y to cooperate with last minute cancellations. However, due to the nature of the product, orders cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may incur a full charge. Deposits & Payments No deposit is required on standard catering orders.Special event orders must be Secured with a valid credit card. We accept most major credit cards, corporate checks and cash. In the event of a credit card payment, we require an imprint of card that is to be charged. If the card is unavailable, we will need a letter authorizing the charge along with a photocopy of card. This precaution is enforced to protect both the credit card holder as well as the merchant.

We welcome corporate house accounts. Please request an application from our store manager. All statements are delivered on the first of the month and payable upon receipt. In addition, all accounts must be secured with a valid credit card. We reserve the right to charge your card with late payments. House accounts may be cancelled due to payment history or inactivity.
