It’s time to play with your food. Bring your child to investigate the foods we eat. During this activity, children will learn different textures, shapes, colors, sounds and names for the food we eat. Caregiver and child can decorate a cookie or cupcake to give to a family member. Give each child a cup of white icing and allow them to stir in their choice of food coloring. Have a variety of toppings for the children to choose from: gummy bears, sprinkles, M&M’s, dried fruit, etc. (They can make one for themselves and one for a family member.) Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Health Educators work in conjunction with the Palm Beach County School District as an approved organization to educate middle and high school students. Teen birth is of concern for the health outcomes of both the mother and the child. Pregnancy and delivery can be harmful to teenagers' health, as well as social and educational development. This support group is geared towards graduates of the Triple P Program and parents/caregivers that are interested in the program. The basis for the support group is to unite parents/caregivers in an open forum where they can freely discuss how the program affected their family/household, if they are still implementing the strategies recommended by the program, and if there are any obstacles that they are facing. Programs & Services Navigations Our Navigator will provide guidance while helping you to understand the resources that are available to you and your family in Palm Beach County. If you are in need of services or assistance but do not know where to go, please give us a call today at 561-736-1111 and schedule your appointment. Also, when appropriate, our Navigator will make referrals to our partner agencies, follow-up to ensure services were received, and re-evaluate when necessary. Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) The program itself offers effective, practical strategies for preventing or resolving common behavior problems in children. The concept behind Triple P is that by providing parents with the tools that they need to solve their current parenting problems, they will be able to prevent future problems before they arise. Our Parenting Coach can facilitate the program with parents and/or caregivers of children between the ages of 0 - 12 within the Boynton Beach area. The goal of the program is to decrease stress while increasing confidence and competence in parents/caregivers as well as enhancing the parent-child relationship. Bridges at Boynton Beach offers other programs such as: a Food Pantry, Reduced Bus Pass Program, Assistance with Access Applications, R.E.A.C.H. Afterschool Program, Kinder Kamp Summer Program and much more!!

ASQ (AGES & STAGES QUESTIONNAIRES) This program was designed to screen young children for developmental delays - that is, to identify those children who are in need of further evaluation and those who appear to be developing typically.
